What You’ll Be Doing:
* Managing and processing customer orders
* Keeping shared inboxes organised, ensuring prompt, professional communication
* Reviewing orders for accuracy and alignment with company guidelines
* Proactively identifying and resolving inconsistencies before processing
* Handling multiple priorities with ease — supporting customers and processing orders
* Learning to navigate SAP and understand the full order journey from entry to completion
* Ensuring accurate data handling in line with GDPR and company policies
* Keeping customer platforms updated
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong organisational skills and a sharp attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn
* Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure
* Experience in customer service, sales support, or order processing (SAP knowledge is a plus!)
* Comfortable using multiple systems, platforms, and portals
