Your role will be office-based during your probation period. After successful completion, you’ll have the option to move to hybrid working, with 1–2 days a week from home
About the Role
We’re looking for a Junior Digital Content Producer to join our growing marketing team. This is a hands-on creative role where you’ll be involved in filming, editing, and producing content across a variety of formats - from podcasts and long-form videos to short, engaging clips for digital channels.
You’ll work closely with our team to bring ideas to life, ensuring our content inspires, educates, and connects with our audience.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in video and media production, with plenty of room to learn, experiment, and grow as part of a passionate and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with internal teams and external partners to plan and coordinate filming sessions.
* Schedule shoots in collaboration with the Content Marketing Executive.
* Assist with setting up film sets, lighting, and equipment.
* Film and produce a range of content, including podcasts, long-form video, and short-form clips.
* Edit content for use across digital channels and social platforms.
* Design thumbnails and supporting graphics for video content.
* Contribute ideas and collaborate with the wider team on new content concepts.
* Monitor and analyse content performance to shape editing choices and future direction.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging formats to spot new opportunities.
* Play a key role in growing and shaping our TikTok presence.
* Continuously develop your creative and technical skills.
