We’re now seeking a Customer Success Manager – Manufacturing to drive profitable growth, strengthen customer partnerships, and lead end-to-end commercial delivery across our manufacturing division. Reporting to the Channel Lead – Manufacturing, you’ll play a pivotal role in securing new opportunities, elevating customer satisfaction, and supporting the successful delivery of innovative, market-leading products.
What You’ll Do
* Own commercial delivery across your customer portfolio, achieving agreed revenue and margin targets.
* Create, manage, and submit accurate commercial proposals and tender responses, working collaboratively with Commercial Finance.
* Assess customer product briefs for commercial feasibility and launch viability.
* Provide high-level technical and product support to customers.
* Identify and target key customer contacts, building strong multi-stakeholder relationships.
* Strengthen customer retention by building long-term value and exit barriers.
* Maximise profitability through effective demand qualification, forecasting, and timescale management.
* Identify, qualify and convert new business and network opportunities.
* Build strong industry relationships to secure new client wins.
* Deliver collaborative end-to-end project management with internal and external teams.
* Pitch trend-led, data-driven product innovations to strategic partners.
* Conduct category reviews, market monitoring and trend analysis to support growth.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in new business development and customer management.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand and act on customer needs.
* Excellent communication, relationship-building and influencing skills.
* Technical understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
* Ability to interpret and present data with confidence.
* Strong Personal Care category understanding (desired).
* Ability to problem-solve, identify challenges and propose effective solutions.
* Degree-level education or equivalent experience in Manufacturing / Project Management.
