What you’ll do
Lead, manage, and develop teams responsible for Office Management, Mail & Post Room, Records, Switchboard, Customer Service, Reception, and the Client Suite:
* Support the Facilities and Business Services team in fostering a well-managed workplace environment, enhancing employee engagement and retention.
* Ensure all services meet high standards in line with policies, client expectations, and safety requirements.
* Manage health, safety, and security standards, ensuring a safe environment and data protection.
* Drive continuous improvement by streamlining services, reducing costs, and enhancing delivery.
* Ensure compliance with data policies and oversee future refurbishments and relocations.
* Oversee rotas, resource planning, staff deployment, and develop KPIs and SLAs to monitor performance.
* Manage budgets and supplier relationships relevant to business services.
* Support user engagement, training, and the adoption of new processes.
* Act as a link between operations, practice areas, and support functions to evolve services with firm needs.
What we’re looking for
We seek an experienced, highly organized Business Support/Services Manager to lead operational and client-focused services across support teams, thriving in a fast-paced environment. You will bring:
* Experience managing multiple service streams and operational teams in professional services or corporate settings.
* Knowledge of health & safety, GDPR, and operational best practices.
* Budget management and supplier contract experience (desirable).
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Customer focus, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
* Flexibility and willingness to travel to office locations.
* Confident IT skills.
* A passion for innovation, collaboration, and achievement.
