What You’ll Be Doing… As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, support your team, and ensure excellent customer service and smooth running of the Restaurant/Café/Lounge areas.
* Lead and motivate team members to deliver high standards
* Monitor and maintain quality, hygiene, and safety procedures
* Manage staff scheduling and daily tasks
* Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
* Support training and development of team members
* Report operational updates and challenges to management
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Working Pattern: 5 out 7 days, 40 hours p/w

* Previous supervisory or team-leading experience preferred
* Barista experience required
