Now we’re looking for a B2B Marketing Lead who can promote both brands to their respective professional audiences, generate prospect pipelines, acquire new Partners and help us shape the next phase of growth. You’ll be joining a team that’s agile, collaborative and innovative. We’re passionate about offering top-rated providers greater access to home movers, and deeply invested in making property data more comprehensive, insightful and actionable.
The Role:
We’re looking for a commercially savvy, highly creative B2B Marketing Manager to join our centralised Marketing team and take the reins on:
Our Data Products day-to-day marketing of its SaaS platform, from brand to funnel
Our B2B acquisition marketing to providers of the various moving home services This is a rare opportunity to shape the marketing of 2 x B2B brands from the start, with the autonomy to make decisions & implement, with guidance from the Marketing Director to support your success. You’ll own the full B2B marketing mix for our SaaS business and play a key role in demand generation, sales enablement, and long-term brand growth.
What You’ll Do:
Lead our Marketing Execution
Content & Creative (with AI support)
Help plan and implement paid digital media
Own email campaigns: onboarding, reactivation, retention, and upsell
Drive retargeting and nurture journeys to support product-led growth
Manage CRM tagging and segmentation to improve targeting
Contribute and define Brand & Strategic Comms
Manage marketing budget and report on ROI by channel
Build reporting to track funnel conversion, MQLs, CAC, and campaign performance
Coordinate with sales to ensure alignment between marketing activities and pipeline goals What You’ll Need:
4–6 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
Understanding of (or passion for) the property, data, or proptechspace
Strong creative skills and good copy instincts
Ability to balance strategy with execution — this is a hands-on role
Comfortable managing budget and prioritising activities for maximum impact
Confidence with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM/Email platforms, CMS or Webflow Benefits Package:
Salary: £37k -£42k per year (Depending on experience)
