We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Operations Co-ordinator to join our vibrant and successful team, based at our Huntingdon office with a hybrid working approach.
In this exciting and varied role, you will work closely with the HR Operations Lead, M&A Lead, and the wider People and Culture team to support a range of HR projects and delivery. You will assist with onboarding new employees through recruitment and acquisitions, ensuring a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities as HR Operations Co-ordinator:
* Support the people and culture integration process for new joiners, including sending contracts and adding employees to internal systems.
* Coordinate responses to queries from employees and stakeholders via the ticketing system in collaboration with the HR Operations Team.
* Support various queries related to benefits, contracts, processes, data & reporting, HRIS systems, and learning and development.
* Develop relationships with the M&A Lead, integration teams, and HRBPs within the People and Culture team.
* Gain knowledge of HR systems such as HiBob HRIS & Flexible Benefits Portal.
* Understand payroll and pension processes of the acquiring business and assist with M&A integration plans.
* Use data and analytics to identify process improvements and support HR reporting.
* Assist in transitioning ER activities into the HR Operations team to support HRBPs.
* Promote Delivery Excellence and suggest proactive improvements.
About you:
* Experience in an HR Co-ordinator or administrative role.
* Understanding of HR best practices and regulations.
* CIPD qualification or equivalent (desirable).
* Interest in working with HR Systems, Processes, People Analytics, and Compliance.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Experience in mergers & acquisitions or ER (desirable).
