About the Role:
We're looking for a caring, enthusiastic and committed ALN (Additional Learning Needs) Teaching Assistant to join our warm and inclusive team here!
You’ll support pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them access learning, build confidence and thrive in a nurturing primary school environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with ALN.
* Collaborate with teachers and professionals to deliver individual support plans.
* Support pupils’ emotional wellbeing and social development.
* Use engaging strategies to support learning across the curriculum.
* Maintain a safe and inclusive learning space.
* Assist with personal care needs (if required – training available).

What We’re Looking For:
* ✅ Experience working with children with ALN (preferred).
* A relevant Level 2/3 TA qualification (or willingness to train).
* ♂️ Patience, empathy, and resilience.
* Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude.
* Ability to use initiative and adapt to changing needs.
* Commitment to safeguarding and pupil welfare.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
