Cornwall Council required social worker to join as an Team Manager required for work within the Youth Justice Service in Cornwall area in St Austell. The primary role of a Team Manager is practice development, line management functions, supervision and support for a range of practitioners undertaking statutory social work and Youth Justice assessments and co-ordinating complex multi disciplinary plans for young people. Experience in working with practitioners supporting complex adolescents, knowledge and understanding or trauma informed practice. Knowledge or interest in Youth Justice Services. *Developing close and constructive working relationships with a variety of professionals.
