You will be joining a high-performance sales team in a business enjoying significant growth, a Global FTSE 100 and well renowned in the market.
About The Role
The Head of Sales for Insurance, Pensions & Investments will drive the sales strategy, performance, and growth across existing client relationships and new logo acquisition. This is a management role responsible for developing and executing sales initiatives, managing a high-performing sales team, and building long-term relationships with clients, and partners to increase market share and profitability.
You’ll Be Responsible For
* Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for Insurance, Pensions, and Investment to meet revenue growth targets.
* Lead and manage a team of player managers and individual contributors.
* Build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
* Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and delivery of client-centric solutions.
* Drive sales performance through effective leadership, coaching, and the setting of clear KPIs and goals.
* Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance across all sales activities and maintain high standards of governance.
* Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and influence.
* Provide required reporting to the executive team on performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
* Strong leadership, team-building, and people management skills.
* Proven track record of delivering sales growth and exceeding targets.
* An understanding of the Insurance, Pensions, and Investment landscape, including retail and institutional segments.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
* Analytical mindset with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
* Knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance frameworks.
