Functional Assessors play a vital role in supporting individuals through the disability benefit process. Using your medical knowledge and professional judgement, you’ll carry out assessments that help ensure people receive the right support — making a real difference every single day.
In this role you will complete assessments either via telephone, video call or face to face to assess how our claimant's disability or condition impacts their ability to perform daily activities in a non bias manner.
Essential: a minimum of 12 months experience post qualification of below
Nurses - Qualified Nurse (RCN / RGN / RMN / RNLD)
Physios & Occupational Therapist - (HCPC)
Paramedics - (HCPC)
(without this experience and qualification your application will not be considered)
This role has a hybrid working arrangement, working from home 2 days per week and travelling in to the office 3 days per week giving you both the luxury of home working and interacting with your colleagues for the rest of the week (with the option of working more days in the office if you prefer).
