Join to apply for the Maintenance Planner & Scheduler role at Virtual Bridges.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will create, close out, print, and package work orders. You will organize and plan site downtime, utilizing a budget effectively to achieve maximum uptime. The role supports the maintenance plan in a manufacturing environment.
You will liaise with the maintenance team.
Requirements for the role:
* A background in an engineering environment is required, with understanding of engineering terms and processes.
* A good knowledge of UK Health & Safety requirements within manufacturing, to create risk assessments and safe systems of work.
* Ability to interpret technical language.
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
* Excellent IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Effective communication with other departments and team members.
* Ability to create worksheets, documents, and emails.
* Familiarity with Preventative Maintenance tasks.
* Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
* Must be a driver and naturally organized.
This role is based in Inverness, and only candidates in surrounding areas will be considered. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm, with flexibility for additional hours as required.
