What Youll Do
* Build and develop strong client and candidate relationships
* Identify and drive new business opportunities
* Source, qualify, and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process
* Advise clients and candidates on market trends, salaries, and hiring strategies
* Negotiate offers and manage the full recruitment cycle
* Support and collaborate with the existing legal recruitment team
What Were Looking For
* At least two years of solid experience in legal recruitment and placing fee earners
* A proven record of billings, client development, and consistent performance
* Strong commercial acumen and organisational skills
* Confidence, resilience, and a genuine passion for success
