In this role, you\'ll collaborate closely with our Lead Dietitian and team members to provide excellent dietary services across various settings, including patients\' homes, community hospitals, care homes, and clinics. You\'ll have the chance to work with a diverse range of conditions, from nutrition support to managing coeliac disease, gastroenterology issues, weight management, diabetes, and more.

Responsibilities
* Contribute to team management and the development of innovative practice.
* Assess care needs and develop, implement, and evaluate holistic care packages.
* Collaborate with the Lead Dietitian and other team members to deliver high-quality dietary services.
* Deliver care across settings including patients\' homes, community hospitals, care homes, and clinics.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Dietitian with either new qualification or established experience; patient-centered approach.
* Senior level: Entry level
