About Us
Hexagon Care Services is a leading national provider of residential care, education, and therapy for young people. With over 80 homes and schools across England, we create safe, nurturing environments where young people can build resilience, develop essential skills, and work toward a brighter future.
The Nook School is a specialist SEMH school for girls and is registered for up to 16 students aged 11 – 18 years, it shares the same grounds as our residential home. Students are in school full days Monday to Thursday, and Friday mornings.
The Curriculum
Our curriculum is broad, balanced, and tailored to meet the needs of each individual student. We offer a range of accreditation routes including ASDAN, Entry Level and Functional Skills, with more academically able students encouraged to work toward BTECs and GCSEs.
We’re seeking a teacher with a strong understanding of additional needs—particularly in Maths and/or Science—and the ability to deliver a tailored and bespoke approach to education.
