The Funding Support Team at Leeds Beckett University are looking for some additional support. Could you be the person we need?
About The Role
It is an exciting time for the Funding Support Team, with an expanding portfolio of Research and Knowledge Exchange projects and implementation of a new system, this is your opportunity to get involved and support a range of activity across the team. We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-orientated person who is adaptable and able to work across projects and with a variety of members of the team.
The role will support delivery of activity including organising project meetings and the associated paperwork, preparation of supporting information including legal documents or claims, and the development of marketing material or other promotional activity.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with attention to detail to support activity in line with internal and external rules and guidance including a range of financial and communication activities
* Ensure accurate and timely responses to queries both internal and external
* Liaise with colleagues across the university to support the delivery of complex, high value projects.
* Support colleagues in the Funding Support Team to ensure project implementation is successful, efficient and achieves deliverables.
About You
This opportunity would be perfect for the person who enjoys a varied workload and is happy to provide a high degree of responsive support to a range of colleagues.
You will be highly organised and be able to juggle projects at varying stages. You can proactively manage multiple responsibilities, with the ability to dip in and out of tasks seamlessly.
It would be an advantage if you have worked in higher education before, or a similar large organisation where you were able to follow complex processes and understand the needs of the wider organisation.
