This role will require the Sales Person to build lasting partnerships with existing and potential Stockholder accounts in addition to providing support to both Sales Manager and Account Manager. As the key contact for our customer base, the Inside Sales Person will own all day to day customer interaction. Additional responsibilities of this role will include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement the sales plan to deliver the budgeted commercial performance for their sales area, ensuring profitability in line with the objectives of TSD UK & I
* Build and develop strong, loyal and lasting customer relationships
* Act as the main recipient for all customer Sales Orders, and liaise with Customer Services to raise orders within the agreed timescales
* Act as the main contact for complaint handling and facilitate timely resolution of issues
* Routinely review customer performance, in the light of changing market conditions, customer developments and commercial policy direction, in order that timely and accurate information may inform business commercial strategy
Candidate Profile
* The ideal candidate for this post will have intimate knowledge of the appropriate market, sector, customers and the product. It is essential that you have effective interpersonal skills, sales acumen, ability to influence others and are able to manage change effectively.
* Commercially driven, results focussed and able to provide excellent customer service.
* An excellent influencing and diplomatic skills, a strong team worker, and capable of interfacing with senior management within the Company and with senior representatives of external organisations.
* Able to operate within and actively manage a matrix environment with its constituent levels of complexity and ambiguity.
