Supported Housing Officer £14.50 per hour | 36.5 hours per week (Temp Contract for min 3 months) | Mon-Fri | Alveston, South Gloucestershire Make a real impact by supporting vulnerable adults at risk of homelessness to build confidence, develop life skills, and move towards independent living. The Role You'll provide psychologically informed, person‑centred support to a caseload of 12 residents (aged 18-65) within an 18‑bed supported housing service. Your support will help residents sustain their tenancy, access essential services, and progress into long‑term housing. Key Responsibilities Deliver tailored 1‑to‑1 support Work closely with external agencies Maintain accurate case notes and support plans Safeguard vulnerable adults in line with procedures Promote equality, inclusion and resident empowerment Contribute to service improvement and positive change What You'll Bring Experience supporting vulnerable adults in supported housing Understanding of homelessness, safeguarding and PIE approaches Strong communication, engagement and advocacy skills Confidence managing a varied caseload and good IT literacyDesirable: experience with mental health, domestic abuse, trauma‑informed practice, parenting support or reflective practice.
