The Role
The Financial Director will:
Lead and evolve the finance function within a fast-scaling environment
Act as a key strategic partner to the Board
Deliver robust forecasting, financial modelling, and data‑driven insight
Oversee cash flow, funding strategy, and investor relationships
Implement scalable systems, processes, and controls
Build, mentor, and inspire a high‑performing finance team
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will bring:
Proven experience within a high‑growth, technology‑led business
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence strategic decisions
Experience in fundraising, investment rounds, or M&A activity
A hands‑on leadership style suited to pace and ambiguity
A recognised accounting qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
