Competitive rates from £14.90 – £15.70 per hour (with opportunities to increase up to £16.60 per hour). Flexible shifts and outstanding training are also available.
What you’ll do
Our Care Assistants work in the community providing essential support with everyday tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, medication support and companionship. You’ll receive comprehensive training, paid shadowing and ongoing support while completing the Care Certificate, ensuring you feel confident and valued in your role.
What we’re looking for
Kind, dependable healthcare assistants who genuinely care about improving the quality of life for vulnerable adults and are fully committed to delivering high‑quality care. You must live in or within a reasonable commute of Bromley and have access to a car that you can use for work.
What are we offering in return
* £14.90 – £15.00 per hour probationary rate
* £15.05 – £15.70 per hour post‑probation
* Tax‑free mileage at 35p per mile
* Paid DBS, paid shadowing and £336 training and passing probation payment
