This role will be within the Breakfast team, and the shift will start at 5am, 5 working days a week including weekends.
Responsibilities
You will join the kitchen brigade, leading the team of Line Chefs to prepare, present and deliver a wide range of carefully designed dishes. You will be an integral part of the kitchen team, contributing to the overall commercial performance of the business.

* Experienced chef with great leadership skills, positive and passionate about food and eager to be part of a stellar kitchen brigade.
