The Opportunity
Deliver outstanding customer service by finding the best cooling solutions for our clients.
* Provide accurate product advice for in-house sales, phone, or email requests.
* Work closely with the existing performance aftermarket sales team.
* Guide customers through the sale process from initial enquiry to design/quoting requirements to product completion and dispatch.
* Assist our diverse range of customers.
* Assist in development of new Performance Aftermarket products.
* Activities include trade and promotional events where required.
* Maintain and grow key account relationships with existing and new customers.
* Participate in sales and product training.
* Represent PWR in a professional manner at trade & promotional events.
What we are looking for
* High level of knowledge and breadth of understanding with the automotive performance aftermarket sector.
* Persuasive and effective sales techniques.
* A deep understanding of how to provide exceptional customer service.
* Team player with a strong work ethic through high standards of personal and professional behaviour.
