Your Mission
In this role you will re‑establish leadership presence and embed best practice across a home where around 90% of residents live with advanced dementia. Your responsibilities include setting the tone, role‑modeling excellence, addressing poor practice promptly, rebuilding trust and pride within the team, and strengthening relationships with external professionals and MDT partners.
About You
* Experienced, hands‑on Home Manager with a strong background in complex dementia care.
* Calm under pressure, clear in expectations, able to hold people to account while remaining fair, compassionate, and supportive.
* Credible leadership experience, deep understanding of advanced dementia needs, and a track record of improving services through presence, consistency and cultural reset.
* Committed to putting residents and staff at the heart of every decision.
