Front of House Server

Location: Aegon UK, 1 Lochside Crescent, EH12 9SE. Hours: Permanent, 35 hours/week, Monday to Friday.

We’re looking for a Front of House Server to join our team at Aegon and help create a welcoming space for our customers. If you love working with people and want a role that offers flexibility, training, and career growth, this could be the perfect fit.

Responsibilities

* Provide a quality, consistent and friendly Hospitality service to meet Client needs.
* Total Customer Service Focus
* To have the confidence to perform your daily tasks within an open, honest, non‑confrontational and positive way.
* To look into and appreciate the positives in all situations.
* Assist in the development and application of both Client and ARAMARK catering policies.
* Provide innovative, consistent, lively and interesting food displays and set‑ups which are forward‑thinking and relevant to the customer needs and environment.
* Support all services, special functions, etc. to the standard of operational requirements.
* Ensure food, as per menu, is available for service times and is correctly portioned and garnished.


Qualifications

* Able to pass security vetting and DBS checks
