Operations Manager Location: Solihull, West Midlands Salary: £30,000 £32,000 per annum Full-Time 4Leisure Recruitment is proud to be supporting a well-established leisure facility in the West Midlands in the search for a dynamic and forward-thinking Operations Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to step into a senior position within a fast-paced, large-scale leisure environment. The site offers a wide range of facilities, including a gym, swimming pools, and plenty of sports provisions. The Role As Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day running of the centre, ensuring consistently high standards across operations, customer service, and health & safety. You will be responsible for driving performance, supporting and developing the team, and contributing to the continued growth and success of the facility. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations, maintaining exceptional standards of customer service and safety Support the delivery and effectiveness of programmes to maximise participation and engagement Lead by example, creating a positive, welcoming, and high-performing environment Support, develop, and motivate team members across all departments Step into the General Manager role when required Working Pattern A mix of early, late, and weekend shifts Split across 2 administrative shifts and 3 club floor shifts per week About You Previous experience in a leisure or hospitality management role Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Good IT literacy A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences Qualifications NPLQ and PPO qualifications are desirable but not essential Full training and support will be provided for the right candidate Whats on Offer Competitive salary (£30,000 £32,000 per annum) Opportunities for career development and progression A supportive, engaging, and fast-paced working environment.
