The Catastrophic Injury Team is nationally recognised and one of the largest in the UK. We act for a number of well-known insurer clients and provide high quality advice on a wide range of matters that are of significant value, hence the work is hugely interesting. As Paralegal your responsibilities will include: Provide support to a team who manage a multi-track, Catastrophic Injury caseload Open and close files Prepare court bundles Review expert witness statements Appoint experts Update the case management system Provide the highest level of client care at all times We are keen to speak with applicants who can demonstrate a genuine interest in Catastrophic Personal Injury work who possess the following; Relevant legal qualifications i.e. LLB, potentially LPC (not essential) Legal Assistant/Paralegal or similar experience within a related area of law could be advantageous An aptitude for learning and personal development The ability to work well as part of a team Excellent verbal and written communication skills We would welcome applications from those with Personal Injury experience and specifically in the areas of Disease or EL/PL.
