Skilled Landscaper / Site foreman

Are you the right candidate?
* A minimum of 3 years landscaping experience
* Staff and site management essential for foreman role
* Competent at working from in house designs to execute a range of technical landscaping tasks to high standards.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Great communication and teamwork.
* Work in accordance with Health and Safety regulations.
* A passion for working outdoors, plants, and beautiful outdoor spaces.
* A friendly, personable, and professional manner.
* Aspire to move forward in career and develop skills.
* Competent using relevant hand and power tools.
* Experience or willing to learn to operate relevant plant and machinery.
* Experiencing driving a tipper van is advantageous.
* Must have full driving licence and able to commute to Garstang.
* This role involves driving a company vehicle to sites, and as such you will need a full driving licence.
The right candidate should have extensive experience and knowledge in most of the following landscaping tasks:
* Paving – Natural stone and porcelain. Excellent paving skills essential.
* Block/Brickwork and walling.
* Foundations, sub-base preparations and setting out.
* Decking, sleeper work and general carpentry.
* Fencing.
* Planting and soft landscaping.
* Excavator and plant driving.
Ideally the applicant should have experience managing a team.
Application details:
* This is a full-time, permanent role.
* Monday - Friday 7:45am - 5pm - typically no weekends.
* Based in Garstang, predominantly working in areas within a 10 mile radius.
* Salary dependent on experience/role
* Full holiday pay, 28 days inclusive of bank holidays
