Role: Tech lead - AWS Connect AI

Roles and responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement automation solutions and AI-driven applications to optimise network control processes.
Utilise AWS Bedrock, AWS Quicksuite, and AWS SageMaker, AWS Quicksuite and AWS Connect to build, deploy, and maintain scalable machine learning and automation pipelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, data science, and Product, to define requirements and deliver robust solutions.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance existing automation and AI systems to ensure high availability and performance.
Stay abreast of new AWS features and emerging technologies in automation and AI, applying best practices to drive continuous improvement.
