Job description
My client is currently looking for a Senior IFA Administrator to join their team in Manchester due to an internal promotion.
Responsibilities:
1. Acting as a trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support
2. Processing new business
3. Ensuring the appropriate software (iO) is continuously kept up to date
4. Ensuring client-facing documents are accurate and appropriate for the client
5. Obtaining information from third-party providers
6. Speaking to clients on the phone and communicating via email
7. Leverage your investment and pension knowledge to assist with client portfolios
8. Be involved in creating and implementing a financial strategy to meet the client's financial objectives and circumstances
9. Making sure the implementation of solutions is completed accurately and in good time
10. Ensuring timely processing of transactions and static data updates
To succeed in this role you will:
11. Previous experience in an IFA environment
12. Display enthusiasm, energy and positivity
13. Proactively take responsibility for clients' needs
14. Have a good knowledge financial services and products
15. Pride yourself on your organisational skills
16. Be willing to complete relevant industry qualifications
17. Be a superior user of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
