Hours:37.5 per week, Monday–Friday (9:00am–5:00pm)

What You’ll Do
* Deliver high-quality, person-centred occupational therapy in line with HCPC standards and NICE guidelines.
* Assess, plan, and oversee bespoke care packages for individuals with complex needs.
* Provide clinical guidance, training, and mentorship to colleagues, ensuring they have the skills and confidence to deliver outstanding care.
* Work closely with Service Managers, Rehabilitation Assistants, and Support Workers to ensure safe, effective service delivery.
* Build strong relationships with the individuals we support, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.
* Contribute to quality standards, audits, and regulatory compliance.
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified and Registered Occupational Therapist with active HCPC registration.
* Ability to problem solve and think on your feet
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
* Strong communication skills and a passion for enabling independence.
* Experience in care or rehab is not essential but would be desirable.
