DUTY MANAGER - M&S SIMPLY FOOD, BIRMINGHAM NEW STREET STATION
Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
Pay Rate: £13.61 per hour. As a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 am, bringing your rate of pay to £15.11 per hour.
Part‑time and Full‑time opportunities. Working flexibly on weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays.
* Shift times are scheduled between the hours of 4:30 am and 12:00 pm
* You will have at least 1 year of experience working as a supervisor/manager in a high‑volume hospitality or retail role
* Applicants must be 18 years of age or over, and will be required to handle and serve alcohol for certain tasks or shifts

* Take charge of creating a clean, welcoming atmosphere that surpasses customer expectations, consistently aiming to improve service

* Coordinate team efforts, overseeing the unit’s opening and closing, ensuring operational excellence, adhering to guidelines, and completing necessary documentation
