£34,000 to £40,000 plus benefits
Purpose of the Gluing Machine Operator:
We are currently recruiting for a Glueing Machine Operator within our clients Gluing/Finishing Department, working with state-of-the-art equipment to deliver the exceptional quality for our client’s companies.
Key Responsibilities for the Gluing Machine Operator:
* Operate gluing machinery across all ranges, including undersize, straight-line, crash lock, and integral fitments.
* Maintain high attention to detail and uphold quality standards throughout production.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently to ensure optimal output.
* Work effectively under tight deadlines in a dynamic and adaptable environment.
* Communicate clearly and collaborate with team members.
* Lead a small team and report directly to the Gluing Manager.
* Demonstrate pride and ownership in producing premium products.
Skills required for the Gluing Machine Operator:
* Proven experience as a gluing operator, with comprehensive knowledge of various product styles.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to innovation.
* Commitment to quality and precision.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Hours of work for the Gluing Machine Operator:
Rotation Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday (earlies and lates)
