A well-established MEP contractor is seeking an experienced Senior MEP Commercial Manager to take on a key regional leadership role with significant commercial responsibility.
This is a high-impact position overseeing commercial performance across a large regional portfolio, with responsibility for managing and driving results against a £110m regional target. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on commercial leadership across multiple sectors and projects.
While the position is Oxford-based, the office functions primarily as a hub rather than a traditional desk‑based environment. The role involves extensive regional travel, working closely with project teams, clients, and senior stakeholders across the business.
The Role
The successful candidate will lead commercial performance across the region, ensuring financial control, profitability, and delivery against major revenue targets. You will provide strategic commercial direction while supporting project teams in driving successful outcomes across multiple sectors.
This role requires someone comfortable operating within a senior leadership structure, managing complex reporting lines and working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.
