Duties,
1. ASM, reporting to the SSM
2. Supporting the day to day running of the scheme
3. Depending on experience will be looking after external or internal packages
4. Providing clear direction to the on-site construction team regarding responsibilities and targets
5. Ensuring the development is completed in accordance with specification and the build programme
6. Providing accurate and regular reports on progress and dates
7. Controlling additional costs for non-productive costs and prelim expenditure
8. Driving through quality at every stage of the construction process
9. Ensuring the development pass internal and external inspection processes
10. Ensuring all aspects of Health and Safety are followed and adhered to
11. Taking responsibility for self-development and the development of others
12. Monitoring and controlling the quality of production and approve stage completions to payments to subcontractors
13. LABC stage inspections
14. Handovers/CMLS
Qualifications,
15. Experience of working on traditional build schemes
16. Experienced ASM working as part of a full production team
17. Experience of being part of a NHBC/LABC Award winning team
18. Working as part of a full production team
19. CSCS,
20. First Aid
21. Scaffold awareness
