As a Healthcare Assistant (HCA)/Support Worker working for OneCall24, you will be responsible for the following duties:
1. Promoting an environment that encourages the patient to feel safe and comfortable.
2. Keeping up with the patient's personal hygiene and wellbeing.
3. Ensuring patients are properly fed and hydrated.
4. Communicating and supporting the patient’s relatives and carers.
