The Role
As an Operations Management Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience across core operational functions while learning how successful teams and projects are managed. This role is designed to build practical skills, confidence, and leadership capability over time.
Key responsibilities include:
* Learning how operations teams support clients across a range of industries
* Assisting with daily operational planning, coordination, and execution
* Supporting account management and client communication
* Monitoring performance, processes, and service quality
* Working alongside team leaders to understand people management and team performance
* Assisting with reporting, scheduling, and project coordination
* Taking on increasing responsibility as skills and experience develop
About You
This role would suit someone who is:
