MacGregor Black are partnering confidentially with a global, market-leading furniture manufacturer on the search for a Marketing Executive. This is a permanent position, reporting into the Marketing Manager UK.
This role will help drive 2026 priorities in the UK across B2B and B2C, building stronger connections with both retail partners and end consumers. You will gain a breadth of experience across the marketing mix within an industry-leading, high-end and innovative manufacturer. A solid understanding of marketing, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be the first point of contact for all retailer local marketing requests e.g. brochures, artwork and images. Brief these tasks into graphic designer.
* Safeguard the brand integrity through the global brand guidelines.
* Develop relationships with our business development team reviewing their local marketing plans and support implementing them. Including seasonal royal mail doordrop campaigns from asset creation to procurement to execution.
* Writing creative briefs for all aspects of the marketing mix.
* Contributing to and developing marketing plans and strategies with Marketing Manager.
* Manage marketing budgets for local marketing and Stressless studio programme.
* Manage the Purchase order system.
* Manage the development and implementation of the Stressless studio program and associated standards of visual merchandising within retailers stores.
* Assist in development of creative proposals, e-campaigns, direct mail, print and online advertising campaigns, brochures etc.
* Day to day administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the department.
* Attend shows and events when required to support and network.
* Enable our retailers with marketing needs — from brochures and artwork to visual assets and showroom communication
* Guide partners in using our brand and marketing tools effectively, ensuring consistency across markets.
* Assist with the execution of local campaigns and seasonal activations that bring the brand to life in stores.
Brand & Campaign Development (B2C & B2B)
* Plan, coordinate, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and activities — including print, digital, social media, events, emails and websites.
* Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to deliver integrated brand campaigns that drive awareness and conversion.
* Safeguard the integrity of the two brands, applying global guidelines with care and creativity.
* Prepare campaign briefs and reports, tracking performance and ensuring activities are delivered on time and within budget.
* Manage relationships with agencies, suppliers, and media partners to ensure smooth execution.
Budget & Process Management
* Support the management of local marketing budgets with accuracy and accountability.
* Oversee purchasing process and administrative tasks to ensure efficiency and compliance.
* Monitor campaign expenses and timelines, providing post-campaign performance reports.
* Support the management of the studio – working with the VM and external logistics provider to retain a good stockholding and ensure that POS reaches shopfloors when required prior to implementation.
