Salary: £28,000 - 35,000 per year Requirements:
* Ideally, I seek someone with experience working in an MSP or IT service environment.

* I am looking for strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
* Experience at 2nd Line level with most of the following technologies is essential:
* - Microsoft 365, SharePoint, MS Desktop (Windows 7-11), MS Server (2012-2019)
* - Hyper-V, VMware, Azure
* - Networking (Switches, Routers, Firewalls – WatchGuard preferred), DHCP, DNS
* - Active Directory, Antivirus, Printers
* - MS Office (2010/365)
Responsibilities:
* I expect you to provide 2nd Line remote and onsite support to a wide range of customers.
* You will act as an escalation point for 1st Line engineers.
* You will assist with installations and project work across core technologies.
* I would like you to prioritize and resolve tickets in line with SLAs.
* You will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation.
* Contributing to the Out of Hours rota when required will also be part of your role.
