About the Role
We are supporting a private equity-backed carve-out of a global business, requiring additional finance capability to support a complex separation programme.
The Finance Business Partner will work closely with operational and functional leads, providing financial insight, challenge, and decision support throughout the transition to a standalone entity.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with functional leads to support decision-making during the separation
* Provide financial analysis on carve-out impacts, cost structures, and performance
* Support development of standalone budgets, forecasts, and business plans
* Analyse TSA costs and support optimisation/exit strategies
* Drive cost visibility and support cost control initiatives
* Assist in defining new reporting and performance metrics
* Support scenario analysis and financial modelling
* Work closely with finance leadership to track programme impact
* Challenge assumptions and provide commercial insight
Requirements
* ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
* Strong Finance Business Partnering experience in complex organisations
* Experience in carve-out, transformation, or PE environments desirable
* Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
* Commercial mindset with ability to influence non-finance stakeholders
* Clear communicator, able to simplify complex financial information
* Proactive, hands-on approach
* Available immediately or at short notice
