The role:
This firm is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Partner to join their friendly team based in Manchester.
In this role you will be dealing with a mixed property caseload of acquisitions & disposals, commercial leasing, real estate finance, development law and more. You will be tasked with growing out the commercial property team, having a significant hand in recruiting members of your team in the short, medium and long term.
You will be working closely alongside the managing partner of the firm implementing strategy and growing the department. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious senior lawyer looking to put their stamp on a department within a friendly firm.
Requirements:
1. You will be a Commercial Property Partner 5+ years PQE
2. Experience dealing with clients directly
3. Empathetic and friendly approach to sensitive matters
