Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and drive growth across key market segments. As a member of our local Senior Leadership Team, you will play an important role in shaping commercial strategy while developing and executing integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence, generate qualified leads, and support business growth.
This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, leadership capability, and hands-on marketing expertise in a B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the UK marketing strategy aligned with regional and global business objectives.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
* Drive demand generation through integrated campaigns across digital, events, partnerships, and content marketing.
* Work closely with sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with revenue targets and pipeline development.
* Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
* Oversee marketing budgets, performance metrics, and analytics.
* Lead market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
* Collaborate with global marketing teams to localise campaigns and leverage group initiatives in the UK market.
* Oversee PR, communications, and product marketing initiatives.




What You Need to Succeed

* Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally within B2B, technology, life sciences, or industrial sectors.
* Strong strategic marketing planning and execution capabilities.
* Demonstrated success in demand generation and revenue-focused marketing.
* Experience leading and developing marketing teams.
* Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive marketing decisions.
* Experience managing marketing budgets and campaign performance metrics.
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
