HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
As a member and leader of the Talent team, you will play a critical role in delivering global diversity and inclusion initiatives, collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
1. Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to Talent, including employee demographics, hiring and promotion trends, employee engagement survey results, etc.
2. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations using PowerPoint to communicate key findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
3. Deliver world-class, innovative Talent strategies and execute D&I initiatives in partnership with others, ensuring timely delivery.
4. Strengthen our external brand as a firm to attract and retain top talent.
5. Drive engagement, accountability, and governance in program delivery and communications, working closely with employee inclusion networks.
6. Leverage data and metrics to inform our approach, priorities, and communicate impact.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR
1. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with approximately 2 years of relevant experience in a corporate environment.
2. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated client focus.
4. Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data and concepts into clear, actionable insights.
5. Excellent project management skills and the ability to plan ahead to meet deadlines.
6. Demonstrated interest and experience in diversity and inclusion, talent management, or related fields.
7. Results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple, complex, time-sensitive projects involving various stakeholders.
8. Ability to drive consensus and influence outcomes.
9. Exceptional attention to detail.
10. Ability to manage confidential information with sound judgment and risk management, including escalation when necessary.
