About the role
Reporting to the General Manager you will be working as a Shift Manager involved in all the daily operations for your restaurant. Your key duties will include the following:
What we're looking for
* A keen interest in Greek Food
* Proven track record of maintaining a high level of sales.
* Experience in managing a medium size team.
* Fluency in English
* Experience working in Food Preparation
* Experience managing stock levels and ordering.
* Experience with HACCP and food safety procedures
* Experience using delivery platforms and analysing delivery reporting systems.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage all aspects of the shift operations
* Ensure efficient and smooth operation of the kitchen and food production –
* Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking techniques –
* Monitor food quality, presentation, and adherence to food safety standards –
* Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed –
* Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement operational procedures –
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that arise - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
