Purpose of the Role

Leads Syspro’s demand generation and field marketing across the International portfolio — UK, South Africa, and Europe — owning new logo acquisition, pipeline growth, and regional GTM execution in close alignment with global marketing functions and Sales leadership.

Job Requirements

Experience
* 5+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or regional B2B marketing in a technology company; with ideally 2 years in a leadership or ‘champion’ individual contributor role.
* Track record of building pipeline from scratch and owning it through to revenue. You can show the numbers. Preferably with experience is a unicorn or high-growth environment/company (must be able to evidence this – deep double digit growth.
* Ability to compete against mid-market ERP players (Epicor, Acumatica, or similar) is a strong advantage
* DG marketing in the UK is essential. Exposure to South Africa or other emerging markets is a strong advantage.
* Experience working across multiple markets simultaneously, managing complexity without losing focus.

Nice to Have
* Background or knowledge in manufacturing and/or distribution; understanding how operators buy, decide, and evaluate technology partners
* Hands-on with ABM platforms, marketing automation, CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce), and AI-powered sales and marketing tools.

* Agentic AI fluency; ideally you've deployed autonomous digital workers, AI-driven personalisation, or agentic nurture sequences in a live commercial environment. This is the new baseline.
* Guerilla marketing instinct: high-creativity, low-waste tactics that punch above budget and get buyers to stop, engage, and convert.
* Power messaging for mid-market buyers: you know how to talk to operations, finance, and IT decision-makers who are weighing an ERP investment.
* Commercial acumen and data obsession: you own pipeline numbers and you're comfortable presenting growth metrics to Board-level audiences.
* You move fast, make decisions, and don't wait for perfect.
* Adaptable across markets and audiences; you can flex tone, message, and approach for UK corporate buyers and SA mid-market operators in the same week.
* You're early in your career but ahead of where your years on paper suggest. Energy and appetite over experience.

Education
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
* Beneficial: certifications in digital marketing, ABM, AI tools, or revenue operations. Demonstrated ongoing learning in Agentic AI and marketing technology.


Key Responsibilities

* Sets and drives bold pipeline targets for the International portfolio, building an always-on prospecting engine in close partnership with UK and SA Sales leadership to achieve MAL, MQL, and SQL conversion ratios and hit regional revenue goals.
* Deploys integrated demand generation campaigns — ABM, digital and paid, field events, partner activations, and guerilla tactics — for UK, SA, and future European markets; collaborates with the Demand Generation Champion (Americas) on global campaign frameworks and adapts for local market impact.
* Owns UK demand generation and new logo pipeline as the primary International growth priority, building Syspro’s presence among mid-market manufacturing and distribution buyers who are not yet aware of the brand.
* Develops campaigns and industry-specific narratives for South Africa targeting new logo acquisition, larger deal sizes, and deeper industry specialisation, partnering closely with SA Sales to identify expansion and competitive displacement opportunities.
* Builds the GTM foundation for Europe, developing a framework to activate ahead of planned 2027 expansion by identifying priority verticals, geographies, and early brand-building opportunities.
* Orchestrates the Agentic AI SDR as an autonomous team member, deploying AI-powered marketing workflows across the full buyer journey for personalised outreach, lead nurture, and pipeline progression at scale.
* Acts as a revenue partner to regional Sales leadership — present in the sales process, aligning marketing investment directly to pipeline stages, deal velocity, and close rates, with no reliance on vanity metrics.
* Leverages Syspro’s global Marketing functions (Events, Webinars, Partner/Channel, Product Marketing, PR, Brand, Analyst Relations, Creative) with regional intent and maximum local impact across UK, SA, and Europe.
* Leads channel and partner marketing across International in conjunction with Global Partner Marketing, turning resellers and technology partners into active pipeline contributors.
* Manages the International marketing budget with commercial rigor, making data-driven investment decisions with pipeline yield as the primary measure, and reports pipeline contribution, campaign effectiveness, and regional growth KPIs to the CMO and senior leadership.
