The Payload
* Salary: £38,000 – £52,000 basic salary per year (fully negotiable based on your technical and diagnostic experience).
* Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Strictly no weekends!

What You Will Be Doing
* Utilizing specialized, high‑end diagnostic equipment to accurately fault‑find and map out complex electrical and mechanical puzzles.
* Carrying out high‑level technical troubleshooting, complex mechanical overhauls, and precision component replacements.
* Handling major repairs including clutches, cambelts, intricate electrical work, and engine diagnostics.
* Ensuring every vehicle meets our rigorous 5‑star safety and quality standards before it leaves the bay.
* Working closely alongside a tightly‑knit technical team to share expertise and maintain a smooth, efficient workspace.
What We Need From You
* Experience: A proven, confident Senior Vehicle Technician who thrives on solving complex technical challenges and can work independently.
* Qualifications: Level 3 Qualified Technician (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
* Mindset: A sharp 'diagnostic brain' with a reliable, detail‑focused professional approach who values great teamwork and a lively workshop atmosphere.
* A full UK driving licence.
