Your role will include: Content Management: - Oversee a vibrant content calendar filled with blogs, newsletters, and webinars. - Collaborate with team members to ensure timely creation and publication of content. - Manage multimedia content production, from concept to delivery. - Promote content across various channels to drive engagement and generate leads. Lead Generation & Nurturing: - Create and execute lead generation campaigns in alignment with the marketing strategy. - Organise bi-monthly webinars, managing everything from attendee generation to post-event follow-ups. - Develop lead nurture workflows to keep prospects engaged throughout their journey. Digital Advertising: - Manage and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms for maximum ROI. - Implement remarketing campaigns and A/B test creatives to boost performance. Social Media & Brand Engagement: - Drive engagement on social media channels, primarily LinkedIn, to build community and brand awareness. - Seek opportunities for PR mentions and influencer collaborations to enhance brand visibility. - utilise LinkedIn automation tools to meet specific campaign objectives. Analytics & Reporting: - Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness. Who You Are: You bring 5 years of marketing experience, with a focus on content marketing, campaigns, and digital advertising. Your communication skills are top-notch, both written and verbal. You have a knack for storytelling and can create engaging content tailored for professional services. You are hands-on with marketing tools and experienced with Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Your analytical mindset allows you to interpret data effectively and make informed decisions. You are proactive and always looking for creative ways to improve processes and activities. You can juggle multiple projects simultaneously and have an eager-to-learn attitude.Nice to Have: Experience with marketing automation workflows.
