Job title – Office Manager
Salary- £33,854

What You’ll Do
* Oversee the day-to-day running of two offices in the south district, ensuring they are safe, compliant, and operating smoothly.
* Manage building‑related issues, coordinate contractors, and maintain accurate records to support audits and compliance requirements, while acting as the main point of contact for any office or facilities matters.
* Lead and support the Business Support team, managing performance, development and wellbeing, and encouraging more efficient ways of working and continuous improvement.
* Work closely with finance colleagues to manage budgets, monitor spending and ensure financial processes are followed, and identify opportunities to improve value for money.
Where you’ll work
The role is based at The King's House, Lyndhurst, SO43 7NH and involves regular travel to the second office in Bucks Horn Oak GU10 4LS. A full current driving licence that covers the UK is required.
