We are seeking a Project Manager to join a global leader in aerospace manufacturing. Our client has experienced rapid growth in recent years, with a strong order book and continued expansion across their teams. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams through the new product introduction (NPI) process, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality products. I’m looking for someone with 2+ years’ experience in Project Management, ideally from an Aerospace, Military, or Defence background Right to work in the UK required. Sponsorship is not provided. Improve capacity planning to identify bottlenecks and enhance lead-time accuracy. Resolve delays proactively, minimising project impact. Drive continuous improvement in NPI processes. Forecast future requirements based on demand analysis.
