Management Accountant – Worksop – £35,000 - £40,500 + Study Support

Management Accountant Responsibilities:
* Complete monthly management accounts for multiple contracts
* Produce accurate and detailed P&L statements, variance reports, and MI packs for each contract
* Review revenue and costs
* Perform balance sheet reconciliations
* Own budgets and rolling forecasts
* Prepare month-end trading packs
* Collaborate with Operational Managers to drive monthly forecasting and efficiencies for their contracts
* Implement profit improvement plans and drive efficiencies
* Prepare ad-hoc analysis and reports as required
* Ensure contract controls are in place for accurate accounting
Required Skills & Experience:
* Strong IT skills, including Excel
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively with non-finance operational staff
* Currently studying ACCA, CIMA, or ACA
* Experience in preparing management accounts under tight deadlines
* Driven, passionate, and enthusiastic about the role
