Boden are partnering with a leading Facilities Management & PFI provider to recruit a Commercial Manager. This is a permanent role, supporting a portfolio of Healthcare and Education contracts across Scotland.
đź’· Package: Up to ÂŁ80,000 with ÂŁ6,000 car allowance - 10% bonus

đź“Ť Location: Scotland (role can be based across the region, with a focus on Edinburgh/Wider Central Belt)
You’ll be the key commercial lead, ensuring contract compliance, managing risk, and driving profit improvement while supporting growth opportunities and long-term contract extensions.
What you’ll deliver:
* Act as the commercial point of contact across multiple PFI contracts
* Lead on audits, governance and reporting frameworks
* Negotiate variations, mitigate risks and resolve disputes effectively
* Support contract extension bids and present at governance committees
* Work closely with clients, operations, finance and functional teams to ensure commercial outcomes are delivered
What we’re looking for:
* Strong commercial experience in PFI/FM or related industries
* Degree/Diploma in Surveying (Building/Quantity) or Built Environment (FM, Land)
* In-depth understanding of UK commercial law (e.g. Construction Act)
* Excellent financial acumen and negotiation skills
* Strong communicator able to influence at senior stakeholder level
* Knowledge of risk management and business assurance systems
